Bingo

Syntax: bingo (announces that you think you've won)

Bingo is a special game occasionally run by the immortals. Participants are each given a bingo card or told where to retrieve one. You can 'look' at the card to see its numbers.

When the game begins, players have to find and announce bingo balls. These are randomly scattered on the ground in rooms around the world.

The imm running the quest will decide what pattern of numbers a player needs to form from the announced balls in order to call bingo (a line, four corners, etc).

Once 'bingo' is called, the caller's card will be checked by that imm. If they win, they are awarded a prize (usually quest points) and the next pattern to form is announced. If it is a false alarm, the game resumes until bingo is called again.

Please use 'chat 1337' to discuss bingo instead of using 'ooc'.

Note: If you wish to avoid spam, you are advised to turn off the QUEST channel for the duration of the game.

Some common bingo pattern terminology:
Line: Any horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line
Corners: All 4 corners
X: Both diagonals
Cross or +: The middle vertical (N) line and the middle horizontal line
Blackout: All numbers on the card!
