There are several different types of Questmasters, usually pretty clear from their description what alignment they cater to (e.g. angelic, demonic, sage, wise man) although this can also be found out ICly.

Using the quest commands quest list and quest buy, one can purchase the following items from a questmaster:

11) enhance <stat>...........5 qp
12) +1% Skill '<skill>'....300 qp
13) pet restore................10 qp
