Train
From LensWiki
Syntax: train <str int wis dex con cha hits mana practices>
TRAIN increases one of your attributes. When you start the game, your character has standard attributes based on your race, and several initial training sessions. You can increase your attributes by using these sessions at a trainer (any mob that you can PRACTICE from). You can type 'train', without any arguments, to see what you have left to train and if it requires multiple training sessions and how many.
Warning: training practices will count towards your trains-per-level limit. It takes one training session to improve an ATTRIBUTE, or to increase MANA by 10 or HP by 5. When an attribute reaches a certain point, it starts to take multiple training sessions to improve it further. You receive one or more sessions per level.
The best attributes to train first are INT and CON. INT gives you more skill when you use a practice. CON gives you more hit points. Help STATS can help you to determine what you would like to train.
You can also train 2 training sessions into one practice.
Until level 80, you earn 5 trains each level towards your maximum. If you miss a train, it will show when you type the "train" command with no parameters by showing you have spent less trains than your maximum allowed. You may use these missed trains at any time. At level 80 and onwards, you are free to spend as many as you can until you max your stats and attributes rather than being limited to earning a set number each level.
For example, let's say at level 1, 2, and 3 you only used 3 trains each level for a total of 9 trains spent. You earn 5 trains each level towards your maximum, for a total of 15 trains maximum. This means you have only spent 9 trains out of a possible 15. You could decide to make up for this at level 4 and use the 6 trains you had not used yet out of your maximum.
